Confidentiality
Your sessions are confidential and I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
Confidentiality would only be broken in rare cases — such as risk of serious harm or legal obligations — and I would always aim to discuss this with you first, wherever possible.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a session, there is no charge with more than 72 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee.
